Reiki
I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, Reiki is a natural safe and simple form of healing. Reiki energy is available to anyone, and once you are attuned to the Reiki energy, you are able to help yourself and others by placing your hands on different areas of the body, with the intention of giving Reiki. The energy will aways flow,the energy of Reiki works for the highest good.

Morning tea and afternoon tea is supplied.

Using the Reiki Principles
The Reiki Principles are meant to be used. They are not just fancy words to be looked at occasionally. The best way to use the Reiki Principles is to add them to your Reiki Treatments those you do on yourself and those you give to other people.
Mikao Usui
Mikao Usui asked his students to actively work with the Reiki Principles by joining their hands together in prayer and praying to their heart and chanting the words with their mouth. Placing the hands together in prayer indicates that we are talking to God. This is not some god who is out there somewhere but the whole universe as well as the God Within, which is the part of us that is connected to the universe and which enables us to experience oneness with the universe. Saying the Reiki Principles while we hold our hands in prayer means that we are speaking to the most sacred part of ourselves.
I believe the Reiki Principles are keys to opening doors within us, doors which help us to communicate with other people in our lives. Many of our ills come from how we relate to other people and our relationships with our families. I believe that a very easy way of using the Reiki Principles is to incorporate them into our self-treatments. It is my opinion that each of our hand positions how and where we place our hands is symbolic and gives us subtle messages.
