Topics to be covered: - Positive self talk, taking advantage of each moment - How to manage stressful thinking - Taming the inner mind - Transform the way you live and perceive your reality - Basic yoga for stress relief and adrenal support - How to eliminate stress eating Everyone will receive a mastering mindfulness mp3 to have and enjoy, this has 2 guided meditations on it that help you reinforce what you have learned during the day. Meredith McCarthy has been running meditation retreats and personal development workshops for many years and has over 20 years experience as a hypnotherapist, she enjoys teaching people how to relax and settle their minds. This is your opportunity to understand the art of mindful thinking and learn tools that can help you live a more peaceful and balanced life. Learning to live mindfully helps to reduce stress and anxiety naturally. Start at 9am finish at 5pm
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you cancel your booking with Meredith less than 24 hours before any class there will be no refund of your class fee. If you give more than 24 hours notice Meredith will refund 50% of the class cost if you have paid in advance. Please be aware that Meredith does not refund anyone who has attended any workshops or classes. When you make a booking with Meredith you are agreeing that you will pay Meredith the full cost of that advertised class.
