Reiki Healing
I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, Reiki is a natural safe and simple form of healing. Reiki energy is available to anyone, and once you are attuned to the Reiki energy, you are able to help yourself and others by placing your hands on different areas of the body, with the intention of giving Reiki. The energy will always flow,the energy of Reiki works for the highest good.

If you would like a Reiki session you can book using the online booking system. I recommend one hour so you get a full Reiki treatment. When you arrive you will get to lay down and fully relax. I will guide you into relaxation as I invite you to focus on setting an intention for the Reiki session.
I finish each session by playing a number of Tibetan singing bowls over and around your body. This helps you to clear your energy field and leaving you feeling rested and energised.

For me I see Reiki as a spiritual journey that has many layers to it, and as I grow and learn I feel quite excited to be in a position to pass on my knowledge.

Mikao Usui
Mikao Usui asked his students to actively work with the Reiki Principles by joining their hands together in prayer and praying to their heart and chanting the words with their mouth. Placing the hands together in prayer indicates that we are talking to God. This is not some god who is out there somewhere but the whole universe as well as the God Within, which is the part of us that is connected to the universe and which enables us to experience oneness with the universe. Saying the Reiki Principles while we hold our hands in prayer means that we are speaking to the most sacred part of ourselves.

Using the Reiki Principles
The Reiki Principles are meant to be used. They are not just fancy words to be looked at occasionally. The best way to use the Reiki Principles is to add them to your Reiki Treatments those you do on yourself and those you give to other people.

I believe the Reiki Principles are keys to opening doors within us, doors which help us to communicate with other people in our lives. Many of our ills come from how we relate to other people and our relationships with our families. I believe that a very easy way of using the Reiki Principles is to incorporate them into our self-treatments. It is my opinion that each of our hand positions how and where we place our hands is symbolic and gives us subtle messages.

Reiki 3rd Degree Master Training
Each Reiki master level student meets with me as a one on one meeting to start this is usually an afternoon or morning and we can assess what needs to be covered for their master level. I prefer to go over the first degree and second degree materials that I teach and invite each Reiki master student to attend these training's and also participate in the attunments for each level as part of their training. They receive a copy of all the manuals that I give to my students and this information can be used or adapted for their students once they complete their master level training. Depending on each students time table completing the master level training can take between six months to one year. They will need to demonstrate that they can teach all levels of Reiki and remember all attunments for each level.
If this sounds like you are ready for this training I would like to reassure you that I will still be there as a support person if you need help with any of your students in the future. If you are keen to sign up to become a Reiki master/teacher then please contact me. I am also happy for my students to set up a payment plan to make it more achievable.
