Working with Depression
Understanding Depression

Depression can impact individuals at various points in their lives. For some, it's a recurrent state, while for others, it may only occur once or twice. Many people suffer from persistent negative self-talk that perpetuates the cycle of depression. Often, individuals seek my help as a last resort, feeling unsure of their next steps.

My Perspective on Depression

I see depression as the body's natural way of compelling you to slow down. This slowdown offers an opportunity to explore and gain a deeper understanding of yourself, including how you handle stress, grief, unresolved anger, or denial of a situation. Managing these emotions can be challenging, and many people find themselves stuck, focusing on what they don't want rather than creating the mind shift needed for change. As a therapist, I guide individuals through this process, helping them achieve the emotional balance they seek. I've worked with people from all walks of life, and I understand that asking for help can be a monumental step. If this resonates with you, I encourage you to be courageous and reach out for assistance. I am here to answer any questions you may have.

My Approach

I use a variety of tools, including hypnotherapy and NLP, to help individuals start feeling better. My approach is client-centered, acknowledging that each person inherently knows what they need to find balance. My role is to guide them towards inner awareness and self-discovery. You possess the capability to bring balance and well-being to your mind and body. By focusing on what you want, you can attract more positive outcomes.
