Service Description

This Deluxe mind coaching and energy balancing day starts with a 15 min grounding meditation. Followed by setting clear intentions around what you want to work on. Meredith will take you through a 360 degree life review if you need this. This can allow greater understanding of negative and positive pattens that have been influencing you. This is designed to increase you wisdom and understanding around what you want to achieve next and what mindset you will need to achieve this. Exploring belief blocks Meredith uses a number of coaching and motivational tools to resolve these and reinforce a positive mind set. In the afternoon you will experience a full hypnotherapy journey The day will conclude with a one hour Reiki session with a sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls leaving you feeling rebalanced mentally and physically. You will have two 15 mins breaks morning and afternoon tea. There are a selection of herbal teas available. There will also be a 45 min Lunch break please note that lunch is not provided. We start at 9am and finish at 4pm.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Please note if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time you will be billed $40 for that cancelled session. If you miss your appointment, the full price of a session will be billed to you.
