Service Description
This Deluxe mind coaching and energy balancing day starts with a 15 min grounding meditation. Followed by setting clear intentions around what you want to work on. Meredith will take you through a 360 degree life review if you need this. This can allow greater understanding of negative and positive pattens that have been influencing you. This is designed to increase you wisdom and understanding around what you want to achieve next and what mindset you will need to achieve this. Exploring belief blocks Meredith uses a number of coaching and motivational tools to resolve these and reinforce a positive mind set. In the afternoon you will experience a full hypnotherapy journey The day will conclude with a one hour Reiki session with a sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls leaving you feeling rebalanced mentally and physically. You will have two 15 mins breaks morning and afternoon tea. There are a selection of herbal teas available. There will also be a 45 min Lunch break please note that lunch is not provided. We start at 9am and finish at 4pm. Accessibility The building has wheelchair access, but please note that there are no disabled toilets available on-site.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, please note the following: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $40 cancellation fee will apply. If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing the time and effort dedicated to your session. Evening Appointments If you have an appointment scheduled after 5:15 pm, please note that access to the building is restricted for security reasons. The lifts will be locked, so Meredith will need to collect you from the foyer on the ground floor. When you arrive, please text Meredith on +64 27 699 3950, and she will come down to meet you.
