Service Description

If you have never had a coaching or a hypnotherapy session and you are unsure about how it all works, then this is a great way to meet with Meredith and discuss your personal needs. Then at the end of the intro session you have the option setting up a longer session, so you can begin your journey to achieve your goal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Please note if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time you will be billed $40 for that cancelled session. If you miss your appointment, the full price of a session will be billed to you.
