Each session is tailored to you not scripted or one-size-fits-all.


What Happens in a Session?

Our first session is 90 minutes. We talk through what’s been happening, gently explore the emotional roots, and then use a guided hypnotherapy process to begin making change.


There’s no swinging watches or stage-tricks just a relaxing, empowering process that helps your nervous system settle and your inner mind shift into healing mode.


And no—you don’t lose control. You stay aware and in charge the entire time.
